Berkeley’s Gourmet Ghetto is transformed into an all out street fair this Sunday, October 4th from 10 AM – 6 PM for the Spice of Life festival. There will be cooking demos and samples, wine tastings, carnival rides, farm animals, crafts and music! And naturally, a farmers’ market where you’ll find the extraordinary Todd C. in one of his signature hats. Pick up Happy Girl’s newest delectables: raspberries or apricots in light honey syrup (perfect for waffles, pancakes and yogurt), spicy bread and butters or pick up previously out of stock favorites like dry farmed tomato country ketchup. The fall is here and we’ve preserved the summer.
