OK I have to admit that this is my favorite marmalade of all. The flavor is complex with the three different fruits and I absolutely love the texture of the lemon, orange and grapefruit peels combined. The grapefruit peel adds such a delicious translucent surprise in every bite! MY FAVORITE!
