Do you LOVE cheese?  Have you ever wondered how wonderful fresh cheeses are made?  This workshop will unravel the many mysteries of home cheesemaking and empower you to get going on this amazing, rewarding project.   We will cover all of the necessary foundations of proper cheesemaking, food safety, equipment and necessary supplies. 

This workshop will focus on three cheeses: fresh chevre (goat cheese), feta and mozzarella - YUM!  We will get hands-on with the cheese and you will leave with the know-how and enthusiasm to start making these delicious cheeses for your friends and family. 

We will snack on bread, cheese, pickles, jams and learn the wonderful craft of home cheesemaking on Sunday, May 27th from 10 - 1pm at our cafe and shop in Pacific Grove:
