Gone, in the blink of spring. Found here preserved-sweet, ripe, organic Bing cherries. These cherries are grown by some local farming heroes, Betty Van Dyke and her son Peter. They are the best cherries on the planet and to put them on the pedestal they deserve we preserve them for you in a very light honey syrup. An instant good-for-you treat. Delicious on ice cream, yogurt or straight out of the jar if you must (and we do!). We pit these by hand so watch for the errant pit-it happens!
NOTE: strain juice and mix equal parts with mineral water for a fancy soda or with champagne if you're so inclined!
