Apple Ginger Shrub - A Drinking Cordial
Shrubs are a party just waiting to happen. This sweet-and-sour syrup can be mixed with water or soda water and served as a refreshing drink, or used in salad dressings. Ginger and coriander make this shrub very unique. Try a splash on making a raw kale salad with olive oil and carrots. ENJOY!! USE: 2 tablespoons per 8 oz of water or soda water or a splash in champagne! Shrubs are an old fashioned way of preserving fruit juice with vinegar.
