We will dive into the wild world of fermenting food by preparing batches of classic green cabbage sauerkraut, spicy Korean-inspired kimchee and the mysterious effervescent tea Kombucha.
Through discussion, tastings and hands on preparation you will become familiar with how to create and care for these living vegetable ferments and nourishing tonic. You will take home your own little batch of Sauerkraut and Kimchee to tend to and watch them become deliciously fermented. You will also take home your own Kombucha starter kit so that you can continue to make your own at home. Register early as classes have become quite popular!
