Nourish 360: A Women’s Wellness Program with holistic nutritionist Stephanie Horning.
It is a space to unfold your authenticity, learn to feel comfortable in your body, and connect with other woman. It is a time just for you. No chores, no mothering, and no business. Nourish 360 is a group woman's wellness program designed to support YOU, and as a result, all the people in your life. Through focusing on the 3 pillars of the program (wholesome foods, elevated self-care, + community) you will learn to support your mind, body, and spirit in ways that feel attainable and appropriate for where you are at on your journey. The following are a few tools of many you will gain from the program:
-How to meditate and what other ways you can connect with your most authentic self if meditating isn't the right way for you
-How to approach food with a healthy mindset and create freedom from food restrictions, diets, & guilty emotional.
-How to balance your blood sugar and therefore set yourself up to eat in a way that best supports your body.
-How to take time to care for yourself and elevate your definition of self love and care.
-How to connect with women and see beauty in others and therefore yourself.
In addition, you will have access to our private Facebook support group, receive encouraging emails in between sessions, and a program binder full of amazing information. Bio: Stephanie Horning is a certified holistic nutritionist and women’s wellness coach. She is passionate about spreading information and helping others attain a happier, healthier, and more inspired state.
