It is no secret that I am a busy woman with my business and two young children. People are always astounded that I have the time to make my own cheese and yogurt. In this workshop I will give you my techniques of making cheese and yogurt in a simple way that anyone can do on top of a full day. Once you start making your own fresh cheeses and yogurts you may be trying to sneak a milk cow into your back yard because they are so easy to eat and so good for you. I find fresh cheeses much easier to digest and a joy to add to many dishes. We will make a simple ricotta cheese and experiment with different spices and herbs. We will also make a classic chevre from goat milk that is creamy and versatile. You will take home a variety of the cheeses that we make and a yogurt starter kit. Delcious.
