We have a big problem here at Happy Girl and that is whenever a farmer calls us with an abundance of fruit, we say yes! and then we figure out how to preserve it. You will find a wonderful mix of preserved fruit in this box with the best that California has to offer!

In this box you will receive 14 jars of mixed Happy Girl Kitchen preserves. We have preserved the local, organic harvest of the most premium fruit we can get our hands on. This box will make it so that you are ready for hosting dinner parties and treating your friends to the finest preserves.

Jams - Happy Girl makes low-sugar, high fruit jams out of the most flavorful local fruit around. Includes 8 oz: olallieberry, apricot, and strawberry summer jams.

Marmalades - The wonderful tart citrus flavors are captured here as the velvety rind is suspended in the translucent sunshine! Includes 4 oz: Meyer lemon, orange, and Big Sur marmalades.

Shrubs are an old fashioned way of preserving fruit juice in vinegar. You can use them to make mocktails or cocktails or in salad dressings. Includes 8 oz: Strawberry spritzer, Meyer lemon lavender shrub, and apple ginger shrub

Extras - These are the fruit preserves that do not fit into any category! The wonderful land of misfits. Includes 8 oz: strawberry vinegar, and local wildflower honey. As well as 4 oz: quince jelly and our limited edition rangpur lime marmalade.
