Happy Girl is hosting one pop up dinner a month through April.  The dinners are inspired by the local organic harvest and are a creative and beautiful menu!  It is a great chance to gather with friends, learn about local sustainability projects and nourish your soul!!!

Menu will be posted 3 weeks before the actual dinner.  Here is a sample menu from the dinner in February which was a HUGE HIT!  Dinners will fill up fast so reserve your seat today.


House made pickles cheese and crackers

Spiced little carrots with chickpea/sauerkraut puree

Pumpkin and Pinto Bean Papusas


Roasted Cauliflower Steaks with kimchi cream

Posole with Chayote and Poblano peppers

Honeynut halves stuffed with black bean chipotle + Cream Sauce + toasted pumpkin seeds

The entire menu is organic and plant based with the exception of honey and small amounts of dairy from garden variety cheese. We will also be featuring citrus and persimmons from Farmer Terrence Welch. Please join us for an evening filled with great food fresh prepared with love from our local organic farms. BYOW – with no corkage fee.

Tickets are $55 each. Please reserve your seat early as tickets will sell out.
