March 11: Creative quick pickles 5:30-8:30pm $95


 This workshop will focus on making fresh, ready to eat quick pickles.  using a variety of specialty vinegars with a focus on seasonal vegetables and creative spicing and techniques.  Our intention will be on a variety of small batch ready to eat pickles rather than canning and putting them up for the long season.  These are fresh and dynamic and easy to experiment with.  It is going to be a party.

Think shaved carrots with tarragon, fennel, radish with champagne vinegar with pink peppercorns and mint.  Think cauliflower florets with tokyo turnips horseradish and turmeric.  

This workshop includes a delicious organic light dinner.

This is going to be a really fun workshop, so register early as they tend to fill up fast!  The workshop will be held at Happy Girl Kitchen Flagship location at 173 Central ave, Pacific Grove 93950.
