April 2: Creative Spring Fermentation 5:30-8:30pm $95


 Fermenting fresh new spring vegetables is a delicious way to enliven late winter cuisine and health and nutrition.  In this workshop we will get creative to create tangy, crunchy and exciting vegetable ferments.  Learn how to boost your sauerkraut and kimchi with new interesting ingredients that will make them even healthier and delicious.  Think turmeric and spring nettles and seaweed!  I dont want to give away all the exciting experiments but get your taste buds and gut flora ready for revolution!!!

In this workshop we will cover quick ferments, small batch ferments, and vegetable based kombuchas.  We will discuss and discover how texture, temperature and salt content affect fermentation!  This workshop is for beginners and experts who want to get innovative!

This workshop includes a delicious organic light dinner.
