Ayurvedic cooking class! September 8th 4-6pm $75

Please join us with a special guest, Radha Vallabha in a class about mindful cooking based on Ayurveda.
In this workshop you will make a traditional indian dinner together and talk about the health and mind benefits of such a diet.  
You will cook a Dosa wrap with a filling, An Ayurvedic Khichiri (balancing wholesome meal, coconut celery chutney and fennel tea.  It will surely be a unique evening to share!  The entire meal is gluten free.
About Radha Vallabha Das:
Radha Vallabha has over two decades of experience in sattvic & Ayurvedic vegetarian cooking covering cuisines from Indian, Chinese, Thai, Italian to continental. He is the founder of Yogi Plate, an organization dedicated to educating and training about the Sattvic cooking.

He is the Head Chef for Yatra Kitchen (2009- 2018) which was covered by National Geographic Channel for Mega Kitchen series. This mobile kitchen serves 10,000 plates of sattvic food to pilgrims (from all over the world). He is also a trained Yoga teacher and well versed in eastern philosophical system. He uses his knowledge and skill to train and empower people to live a healthy life.

By education he is an M.Tech in Metallurgical Engineering from IIT Mumbai, one of the top premiere engineering institutes of India.
