Dry Farmed Tomatoes
Hot sun. Fertile earth. Ripe tomatoes. These organic 'dry-farmed' tomato plants are not irrigated but rather root down deep into the earth for their ground-water, thereby developing a fruit famed for their intense flavor. Happy Girl captures them in jars so you can enjoy them year round. These tomatoes are preserved in large pieces with basil and garlic in a light pickle brine with apple cider vinegar which makes them a little tangy. Use as you would fresh tomatoes or as a base for soups and stews. We also give you permission to eat them straight from the jar.
