Pepper jam is such a great jam for sweet and savory and for making an appetizer! I use this jam for tasty bite size sandwiches with cream cheese or in a pastry puff with ricotta cheese. It also makes an AMAZING sweet and sour sauce by adding water, sesame oil and tamarin. You can make it spicy by adding some hot sauce! This is my absolutely favorite recipe for Pepper Jam. I got this recipe from a farmer friend in Vermont and make it every year!
