This is a very small batch of a fun holiday Jelly. The quince juice used in this Jelly provides the pectin to get a really good gel - and actually we really nailed it on this recipe and it has THE PERFECT GEL SET!!! Then we add cranberries for the tart flavor. "This jelly is the perfect combination of autumn and the holidays and tastes like a candied apple!".
Sorry - but there are no lines of can liner in this preserve! HaHa!
