The Lemons and Oranges are carefully cooked in Organic Sugar and then let out to dry for 4 days on drying racks. You can use this candied citrus in baked goods like muffins and scones, they are delicious dipped in chocolate or of course - eaten fresh just as they are. What a treat!
Membrillo is the first variety of candy that humans ever made from the heirloom fruit name quince. It turns a rosy color in cooking and has a floral essence. Wonderful for cheese and pickle plates or just put out as an appetizer snack. ENJOY!
