Lime Honey Marmalade *Limited Edition*

The fresh limes for this marmalade come from a small - more than organic - ranch in Carmel Valley. This pristine environment and the care of the farmer make these limes unparalleled in flavor! The limes have enough pectin on their own so we knew we could make a marmalade using honey with them and the texture would be just fine - the texture is in fact DIVINE!!!

Tastes great on toast, buttermilk bisquits or add a dollup to your favorite tea! (jasmine green tea is a staff favorite).
