These heirloom tomatoes are vine ripened and picked fresh daily from our local farming friends here on California's Central Coast. They are too delicate when picked ripe to travel far and so we neatly tuck them into jars for you. Like rough jewels in a jar these colorful organic heirloom tomato chunks with a pinch of sea salt are ready to make any dish scrumptuous.
