At the very core of this business is our relationship with farmers.  We are sustained by them in body and spirit, and are honored to extend their harvest by jarring up goods for you.  Many of these farmers experience gluts, droughts, boons and lulls, and it's our mission to be there in some capacity every step of the way. 

Our Food Preservationists program aims to alleviate the pressure of having too much product at once by bringing bulk produce to you at a fair price.  We strive to educate the public about food preservation through our workshops, while providing access to bulk fruits and vegetables which make it economical for the home preserver to undertake these endeavors.
