Join Chef Suzanne for a hands-on workshop exploring the sauces and salsas that turn simple ingredients into memorable meals. During this workshop will learn to make a selection of Mexican inspired salsas, a creamy tahini sauce, a basic vinaigrette (with variations), and a rich cashew cream, each demonstrating a different technique for building flavor and texture from scratch.
These sauces are the key to turning basic, on-hand ingredients into a nourishing meal at home. Any of these salsas or sauces can elevate a bowl of rice and beans, roasted vegetables, a fresh salad, or a grain bowl, bringing a meal together with ease.
This is going to be a really fun workshop, so register early as they tend to fill up fast!
