In this box we have included amazing fruit preserved in a local honey. They are low in sugar and high in flavor. You can drain the juice off of the fruit and use it with sparkling water to make a refreshing drink. The honeyed fruit can be a treat on its own, in baked goods or added to yogurt or on top of ice cream. YUM.
Our wildflower honey is from the Central Coast and is a clear and clean honey that tastes like California sunshine.
