Pomegranate Jalapeno Shrub
Shrubs are a party just waiting to happen. This sweet-and-sour syrup can be mixed with water or soda water and served as a refreshing drink, or used in salad dressings. This is one of my favorite shrubs that we make! Try and taste the subtle flavors of orange, bay and corriander. ENJOY!! USE: 2 tablespoons per 8 oz of water or soda water or a splash in champagne! Shrubs are an old fashioned way of preserving fruit juice with vinegar and we spice it up with a good California sense of fresh flavors!
