The sage really marries well with the grapefruit putting this shrub over the top! ENJOY!! USE: 2 tablespoons per 8 oz of water or soda water or a splash in champagne! Shrubs are an old fashioned way of preserving fruit juice with vinegar and we spice it up with a good California sense of fresh flavors!
