Holiday Spiced Quince Shrub *Limited Edition*

Shrubs are a party just waiting to happen.  This sweet-and-sour syrup can be mixed with water or soda water and served as a refreshing drink, or used in salad dressings. The sage really marries well with the grapefruit putting this shrub over the top!  ENJOY!!  USE: 2 tablespoons per 8 oz of water or soda water or a splash in champagne!  Shrubs are an old fashioned way of preserving fruit juice with vinegar and we spice it up with a good California sense of fresh flavors!
