Happy Girl Kitchen is whipping up a fun New Years Eve Party! We will be making pickles in full party form with a variety of local, organic vegetables and you can throw in a new years resolution into the jar. You can make as many jars as you wish for $5. per jar and need no experience at all. There will be a live DJ, DJ West, playing the classic records and the disco ball will be spinning too. e-made lasagna with local Porchini mushrooms, salad and garlic bread for $13. per plate. Fresh drinks of the cocktail and mocktail persuasion will be in full effect. Best of all we will celebrate the New Year with the NYC ball drop at 9 pm and we can all move on to either a good nights sleep or the next party! In Asia pickled galric is thought of as health food. I could eat a dozen cloves at a time, no problem. The amazing thing is, this does not give you galric breath. Nope. Not even a bit. Maybe I’ll eat some now.
