Mandarins + beets + black garbanzos

 

MAINS

Flagolet shelling beans + dry farmed tomatoes + brussell sprouts

Nettle + mushroom risotto

Roasted and stuffed honeynut squash + kale pesto

Farmstand cover crop salad

 

DESSERT

Blue Bottle Coffee

Stewed quince + ricotta + shortbread +            pomello drizzle
